All purchases, including gym memberships, personal training sessions, group classes (e.g., yoga, dance, spinning, circuit training), and any other services booked through our GymMaster system or directly at our facility, are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Monthly, quarterly, or annual membership fees.
Fees for group classes, personal training, or premium content.
Any promotional offers, such as free tours or first-day free trials.
We encourage you to take advantage of our free tour or first-day free trial to explore our world-class facilities, including top-tier equipment, air-conditioned locker rooms, and specialized studios, before committing to a membership or service.
Cancellations and Terminations
